Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Existem determinadas situações em que apenas são concedidos reembolsos parciais: Livro com evidentes sinais de uso, CD, DVD, fita VHS, software, videogame, fita cassete ou disco de vinil aberto. Qualquer item que não esteja em sua condição original, esteja danificado ou faltando peças por motivos não devidos a nosso erro. Qualquer item devolvido mais de 30 dias após a entrega.
Returns
1 - If you receive the product and it is defective, you have the right to return it and receive the value of your order in accordance with article 49 of the CDC (Consumer Protection Code). This period is 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product. The amount will only be refunded if the product is in its original packaging, with no signs of use or tampering, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories.
- You may return new, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
- Returned products must be in the same condition in which you received them, with all original labels and packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- We accept product exchanges for an item of equivalent value or store credit.
